First picture: 2009, around 200 pounds, uncomfortable and unhappy with my body and how I felt in my own skin. Second picture: April 2014, about 180, learning the strength I’m capable of, feeling more confident everyday, and SO PROUD of those little baby biceps coming in!!
Before: An hour + of cardio most days, occasionally some weight training, absolutely no control over my diet.  Currently: regular weight training (3-4x week), 40 min cardio (5x week), lots of fresh veggies, lean protein and peanut butter!!
I still have a ways to go but I am finally enjoying the journey and acknowledging the progress I’ve made so far!
